Mobile Access
For large and occasional events or for spot checks smart mobile devices can be used as terminals. Such terminals can be used for staff quality checks, visitor checks, mobile sales, security functioning, organisation purposes, and many others.
Public Information Displays
The system fully support centrally managed public information and advertisement displays, information counters and large projection screens for indoor and outdoor use. The system includes a full agenda of managing advertisement customers, their time slots and database of clips or on-line information to display. For easy orientation and management advertisement locations are displayed in facility maps or layouts.
Building Management System
Many buildings, leisure facilities and technologies require precise energy management to achieve efficient profitibility of every theme park facility. The system allows for perfect control over building technologies including energy measurement and regulation. For easy orientation in large facilities the system uses a user friendly map interface displaying all system alarms, maintenance requests and statuses in interactive form. All entry and exit points are also monitored and represented by graphical icons and change their appearance or provides alarm messaging according to the client's needs.
Security Surveilance System
Security surveilance of the entire facility can be secured by fully integrating the system to a intelligent surveilance center. This center can use centralized or decentralized command and control strategy utilizing latest video surveilence technologies (CCTV), personal or vehicle location technologies (GPS), burglar alarms, evacuation systems, video analytical systems, fire alarms, access control integrations and many other technologies. Suppliers and Employees Management

Many of these people are contracted to third parties and the theme park operator has no control over these individuals. The system can be used to monitor these people via a tagging system and can even control or restrict access to these individuals. Validity can automatically be restricted and managed via the system. Vehicles can be tagged to particular workers or suppliers company.
Vehicle Entry Management
The system can perform undercarriage vehicle screening which together with liscence plate recognition will tag the vehicle and monitor it's every move. Each vehicle entering the facility will be verified before access is granted.

Ticketing System
This system is designed to handle various types of identification technologies which can be issued via e-mail or MMS. Unified concept provides single payment and ticketing system for all services regardless which ticketing station is used. The system also fully supports group buyers, sales agents, and third party partners for ticket sales.
Membership Management
This application is based on long-term members or users. For these situations the system provides advanced membership management including an information database about registered members. Membership cards can use barcodes, magnetic strips or RFID. The system also provides multiple configurable tariffs for members, member fees management, payment collection and an automated information system for Membership based on a mailing list (electronic or hardcopy). The system will provide a perfect overview of all registered members and an interface for new member registrations. Discount cards and payment vouchers are also compatible.Limitations per member are at the users discretion.
Reservation System
Ticket, service, or product reservations can be processed by the intergrated reservation system. The booking system is able to automatically deduct service charges, penalty fees, and booking fees directly from the membership account.
Financial Management
The key function of the management system is to collect payments from the facility visitors. All payments are centralised and recorded to the member's account of wich ststements are readily available at request. Fees sharing, transfer or commissions can be automatically deducted from visitor payments. Visitors can use any payment counters to view their account status and can top up his account at his convenience.
Payment Counters
The system provides complete support for manually operated payment counters or fully automated payment stations. Payment Counters can also be completely virtual and operate as part of an electronic reservation system via a web interface. All credit card as well as debit card and internet payments must always follow the set regulations and banking standards of the individual countries.
Point of Sales
A multi-functional POS system is intergrated with the management system and can run in various modes with different pre-defined configurations and functionalities. The different functions and configurations are provided by various user interfaces which can be installed to every POS point. Each POS point can be equipped with a visitors tag reader for automatic payments and receipt printing. A mobile POS device will also be able to sell services via mobile merchants or during occasional events.
Parking System
Parking management functionalities are provided by a fully integrated parking management system. The system is designed to cope with multiple parking scenarios and provides a convenient single ticket / card system to all visitors. Advanced functions can be provided to all visitors and charged automatically to membership or visitors accounts. Lockers Management
Typical scenarios based on mechanical lockers can cause many organisational problems. The system can m,anage access to each individual locker using on-line or off-line applications. In this way visitors can use their membership cards for this function as well. The membership / visitor's card can be used as electronic payment for using this equipment.
Leisure Park Service Management
Every leisure facility is usually a complex environment with multiple services provided. Different park services require different management approaches. Back-end installations can be activated. The system can be customized according to specific project needs.
Stock Management
Theme parks usually have 2 possible scenarios of stock management utilization. All equipment needs to be managed as well as all stock items for shops, restaurants and catering facilities. The system automatically generates demand on groceries and drinks based on data of sold items of stock to visitors.
